2025年2月10日，為期兩天的人工智能行動峰會在法國首都巴黎的大皇宮拉開帷幕。此次人工智能行動峰會是繼2023年在英國舉行的全球人工智能安全峰會和2024年在韓國召開的人工智能首爾峰會之后的又一次重要峰會。人工智能行動峰會旨在加強國際社會的行動力，探討人工智能的應用和全球治理問題。本次峰會由法國和印度聯(lián)合主辦，多國國家元首、政府首腦以及國際組織負責人、企業(yè)和研究機構代表等參會，以進一步深化全球人工智能治理合作。本次峰會強調(diào)“行動”，討論人工智能的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，特別是人工智能將在應對氣候變化、環(huán)境危機、數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型等各領域發(fā)揮的重要作用。峰會有三大探討目標：為廣大用戶提供獨立、安全、可靠的人工智能服務；開發(fā)更加環(huán)境友好的人工智能；確保對人工智能的全球治理有效且包容。

人工智能是人類發(fā)展的新領域，帶來重大機遇，也伴隨著難以預知的風險挑戰(zhàn)，需要國際社會共同應對。中國是人工智能全球治理的積極倡導者和踐行者。2023年10月，習近平主席提出《全球人工智能治理倡議》，圍繞這一重大時代課題提出了中國方案，貢獻了中國智慧。這一倡議堅持“以人為本、智能向善”，為世界提供了基于人類命運共同體理念的人工智能治理新視角。人工智能發(fā)展與治理，事關全人類共同福祉，需要國際社會群策群力。習近平主席主張各國合力推動，在充分放大和加速人工智能正面效應的同時，把可能出現(xiàn)的負面影響降到最低。作為人工智能技術發(fā)展和應用領先的國家，中國始終致力于在人工智能領域構建人類命運共同體。
