為保障糧食供應(yīng)及安全，近日，中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)了《糧食節(jié)約行動(dòng)方案》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《方案》）。《方案》強(qiáng)調(diào)，要推動(dòng)糧食生產(chǎn)、儲(chǔ)存、運(yùn)輸、加工及消費(fèi)等全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)節(jié)約減損。

China recently issued an action plan on saving food to ensure supplies and security. The plan, released by the general offices of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council, China's Cabinet, emphasizes saving food through the entire chain, including grain production, storage, transportation, processing and consumption.

當(dāng)前，我國(guó)糧食需求剛性增長(zhǎng)，資源環(huán)境約束日益趨緊，糧食增面積、提產(chǎn)量的難度越來(lái)越大。全球新冠肺炎疫情持續(xù)蔓延，氣候變化影響日益加劇，保障糧食供應(yīng)鏈穩(wěn)定難度加大。

節(jié)糧減損有助于穩(wěn)產(chǎn)保供，強(qiáng)化糧食安全。同時(shí)，開(kāi)展節(jié)糧減損不僅可以節(jié)地節(jié)水、節(jié)肥節(jié)藥，還能保護(hù)生態(tài)、減排降碳，助力碳達(dá)峰碳中和，實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色發(fā)展、可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

《方案》提出，到2025年，糧食全產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈各環(huán)節(jié)節(jié)糧減損舉措更加硬化實(shí)化細(xì)化，推動(dòng)節(jié)糧減損取得更加明顯成效，節(jié)糧減損制度體系、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系和監(jiān)測(cè)體系基本建立，常態(tài)長(zhǎng)效治理機(jī)制基本健全，“光盤(pán)行動(dòng)”深入開(kāi)展，食品浪費(fèi)問(wèn)題得到有效遏制，節(jié)約糧食、反對(duì)浪費(fèi)在全社會(huì)蔚然成風(fēng)。

餐飲浪費(fèi)現(xiàn)象，觸目驚心、令人痛心！盡管我國(guó)糧食生產(chǎn)連年豐收，對(duì)糧食安全還是始終要有危機(jī)意識(shí)，今年全球新冠肺炎疫情所帶來(lái)的影響更是給我們敲響了警鐘。
